Firstly, the service and delivery time was excellent. Ordered late at the weekend and delivered on the Monday. The item itself was disappointing , not debossed but vinyl transfer / stickered, with marks around where this was applied - quality overall not good enough for us to use as a gift - bought an alternate from another supplier
